Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu

Day 2 Trek and Climb Preparation in Kathmandu

Day 3 Drive to Gongor Khola and Trek to Simigaun
Drive from Kathmandu toward Dolakha, Charikot and Gongar Khola, enjoying views of Gaurishankar and local settlements. Continue on foot for approximately 2–3 hours to Simigaun.

Trek north from Simigaun through rhododendron forest, grazing areas and small settlements before crossing a wooden bridge and reaching Dongang.

Follow the Rolwaling River on a gradual ascent from Beding to Na, a temporary settlement used by local herders. Enjoy close views of surrounding peaks and Chobutse above Tsho Rolpa.

Day 8 Rest and Acclimatization at Na
Spend another acclimatization day at Na. A side trip toward Yalung La can be arranged for additional altitude adaptation and views of glaciers, peaks and Ramdung Peak.

Day 9 Trek to Chukima and Tsho Rolpa
Cross the river and continue through Yersa and Sangma, then cross a wooden bridge and follow moraines toward the Tsho Rolpa dam. Camp south of the lake at Chukima.

Continue from Chukima through the Drolambu icefall below Tashi Lapcha Pass. The route crosses a remote, eroded landscape with no permanent settlements and requires strenuous high-altitude trekking.
